Hunger Strike Trivia Contest – Fundraiser to Fight Hunger
Hunger Strike Trivia Challenge is a fun, interactive fundraising competition that brings Rotary clubs and communities together to fight hunger. Participants form teams, raise money through donations and pledges, and then compete in a live, online trivia game streamed on YouTube. Players answer questions from their phones while seeing real-time results on screen. Every point earned helps raise funds for hunger-relief programs across Washington and beyond—making it a powerful way to do good, have fun, and show community spirit.

Click below to visit the District 5030 Hunger Strike hub, find your club, and form or join a fundraising team.
Every fundraiser receives their own personal fundraising page to invite friends and family to contribute. Supporters can make a direct donation or, if you’d like, they can pledge a dollar amount for every point you earn during the optional LIVE Trivia Game.
If you choose to play in the Trivia Game, you’ll play right from your phone or computer while watching the live Quiz Show at participating businesses across District 5030 or online from home.

To view or edit your personal fundraising page, please log in to your free Our Mayberry account. First, navigate to your personal page by going to your team page and clicking on “View Member” under your name.
On desktop: Click the “Login” button at the top-right of the page.
On mobile: Tap the three horizontal lines (“☰”) in the top-left or top-right to open the menu, then select “Login.”
1️⃣ Enable Pledges on Your Page (If Playing the Trivia Game)
If you plan to participate in the Trivia Game, go to your personal fundraising page and log in. Click “Allow Pledges.” This lets your supporters donate directly or pledge a dollar amount for every point you earn during the live Hunger Strike Trivia Game on November 20.
Use your email address to log in. If you forgot your password or it’s your first time, click “Forgot Password” to reset. (Max 120 points possible in the Trivia Game.)
2️⃣ Join the Live Trivia Game — Nov 20, 6:00–8:00 PM
Tune in to the Hunger Strike Trivia Game Show streaming live on YouTube! Host a watch party at home, partner with local businesses and sports bars across District 5030 that can stream YouTube, or catch the live podcast at participating venues.
3️⃣ Play and Earn Points (and Donations!)
When the show begins, a QR code appears on screen. Scan it with your phone’s camera to join instantly and connect to your team. Questions appear on your phone in real time, and results show live on the broadcast.
