Rotary Litter Pick with We Heart Seattle

Join fellow Rotarians in supporting We Heart Seattle and cleaning up our beautiful city. Park at or near Seattle Elks Lodge, 3014 3rd Ave. North. The litter is near the bridge and surrounding area. We Heart Seattle is a boots on the ground, grassroots community effort to promote effective use of city and privately funded resources to make Seattle beautiful and safe for all to enjoy. Cleaning up our parks and downtown is inevitably intertwined with homelessness, drug addiction, crime, gridlocked politics and questionable policy.

Everyone is welcome. Together we will cultivate a sense of community pride and ownership with a see, say, do culture. Seattle is everyone’s back yard to care for. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate Rotary’s commitment to community service above self and to improve the quality of life for people in our community and to serve the public interest.
