Creating Lasting Impact As we begin a new Rotary year, I am filled with gratitude, optimism, and excitement for what lies ahead for District 5030. Rotary has always been about people—people who see a need and choose to act. Every project completed, every dollar raised, every student mentored, and every life changed begins with a Rotarian who decided to make a difference. Together, those individual actions create something much larger: lasting impact. This year, I invite each of us to reflect on the impact we want to create in our clubs, our communities, and around the world.

How many people would discover Rotary for the first time? How many future members would see themselves in our mission?

Mike’s name has become synonymous with Youth Services across the district. For years, he has been a steady, guiding force behind programs that don’t just engage young people—they transform them.
