Rotary Club Event Submission Form

Once your event submission is received, we will review it promptly. If everything is in order, we will proceed to add it to the event calendar. In case any corrections are required or if questions arise, we will reach out to the submitter directly for clarification or adjustments. Our goal is to complete the review process within 2 business days. Thank you for your patience and cooperation in helping us maintain an accurate and up-to-date event calendar.

NOTE If you do not see your submission appear on the calendar within 2 business days and have not heard from us, you can send an email to publicimage@district5030.org to get a status on your submission.
