District 5030 Learning Symposium – May 30

Rotarians from across District 5030 are invited to join us for a day of learning, connection, and inspiration at the District 5030 Learning Symposium on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Mercer Island Community & Event Center.

This symposium is designed to equip both incoming club leaders and engaged members with practical tools to strengthen their clubs and expand their impact. Attendees can choose from a variety of sessions, including fundraising strategies, club leadership and operations, and The Rotary Foundation, along with topics focused on membership growth, youth services, and public image. Public Image sessions will cover both the basics and how to effectively tell your club’s story—helping increase visibility and community engagement.

Clubs planning to apply for District or Global Grants must send at least two members to the Grant Application Training to receive certification and remain eligible for funding.

In addition, an optional afternoon session on Artificial Intelligence for Rotary will introduce practical ways AI can support club administration, communications, and service efforts.

The cost to attend is $20 per person, which includes lunch. Club Presidents and President-Elects please check your inbox for your formal invitation and registration details. Please encourage your Leadership Team to attend!

We encourage every club to be represented as we prepare for a strong and impactful Rotary year ahead.

Together, we learn. Together, we lead. Together, we create lasting impact.
