On behalf of the District 5030 District Governor Nominating Committee, I am pleased to introduce Jim Pullin Jr. as our District Governor for the 2029–2030 Rotary year.
Jim brings a proven record of servant leadership, professional excellence, and a deep commitment to Rotary’s mission of Service Above Self.
As a member of The Rotary Club of Shoreline, Jim has served as Vice President, President-Elect, President, Immediate Past President, and has continued to provide steady leadership and support through multiple administrations. At the district level, he currently serves as District Member Attraction Chair and Assistant Governor, and has played a key leadership role in planning the District 5030 Conference in Walla Walla.
Professionally, Jim is a Managing Broker with Skyline Properties and owner of PJK Enterprises. A nationally recognized real estate professional, he is respected as a mentor, trainer, public speaker, and business leader with expertise in business development, negotiation, and team building. His commitment to service extends beyond Rotary, including serving as Secretary of the Seattle Elks Lodge during a significant period of organizational transition.
Jim is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a degree in Economics. He also distinguished himself as an outstanding collegiate athlete, becoming a three-time NCAA Division I National Champion and an 18-time First Team All-American in swimming. Those same qualities that made Jim an outstanding collegiate swimmer—discipline, determination, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence—are the same qualities he brings to Rotary leadership today.
Jim’s passion for developing leaders, strengthening clubs, and building meaningful relationships has prepared him well to lead District 5030. His collaborative leadership style, strategic vision, and commitment to supporting clubs will serve our district exceptionally well.
