I think we’ll all agree that investing in youth is one of the best things we can do for the health of our communities. And one of the best ways to do that is to offer a young person a chance to encounter other cultures and countries.
Our District Rotary Youth Exchange Team is preparing to do just that for a group of young people from our district, over the summer of 2027. Although the travel will happen next summer, the preparations are starting now. Please see the attached flyer for details of our district’s Short Term Exchange Program. A son or daughter, grandchild or any child from our area, whether related to a Rotarian or not, can travel just about anywhere in the world, supported by Rotary.
If you or a fellow Rotarian know of someone who would be interested, contact our Rotary Youth Exchange Chair, Marilyn Edlund at marilyne5030rye@gmail.com. She or another member of our Youth Exchange team will be happy to help.
